I ordered this shirt for a friend for Christmas. I made sure to do it well enough in advance that I would get it before the holiday, but when I opened the package, I found the wrong shirt inside, but the correct receipt with a picture of the shirt I ordered on it! I emailed the company and got an email the next day saying I could send the shirt back in for the original one that I ordered, but that the original would not be sent to me until this other one was scanned with the shipping service. They provided a free return label that would expire after 10 days. Due to the confusion with the shirts and my work schedule, I was unable to get the shirt I had ordered until after the holiday. This was pretty frustrating. This was definitely a silly mistake with a lack of attention to detail. I got the correct receipt but wrong shirt. In the end, my friend likes the shirt and I am glad to hopefully have helped some animals in need, but get the shipping process in order for other customers.
